Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited sexual content

You may not request, upload, create, keep, or share content involving:

• minors, people who appear under 18, “barely legal” framing, age play, school-age framing, or any attempt to sexualize youth or evade age filters;
• child sexual abuse material or grooming, trafficking, or exploitation;
• a real person, celebrity, public figure, acquaintance, or uploaded person without their explicit consent, including sexual deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• rape, coercion, intoxication, unconsciousness, blackmail, exploitation, or any scenario where non-consent is the sexual appeal;
• incest or sexual activity between close family members;
• bestiality or sexual content involving non-human animals; or
• sexualized torture, extreme injury, death, scat, or other content we determine creates an unacceptable safety risk.

Other prohibited content and conduct

• illegal activity, trafficking, credible threats, terrorism, or instructions to cause harm;
• encouragement of suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders;
• hate, dehumanization, or targeted harassment based on protected characteristics;
• doxxing, stalking, impersonation, fraud, extortion, or invasion of privacy;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights;
• malware, credential theft, exploitation of security vulnerabilities, or service disruption;
• scraping, bulk extraction, account sharing, spam, resale, or unauthorized automation;
• bypassing age gates, rate limits, paywalls, provenance signals, safety controls, or enforcement;
• misrepresenting synthetic output as authentic evidence or media of a real event or person; or
• using the Service to make high-impact decisions about another person.

Uploads and real people

Only upload material you own or are authorized to use. Every depicted person must be an adult and must have expressly consented to the upload and the requested transformation. We may reject any image that appears to depict a minor, a public figure, or a non-consenting person even if you believe it is lawful.

Enforcement

We may block Input or output, quarantine or remove media, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence, and report apparent illegal activity where required. Severity, context, prior violations, and attempts to evade controls inform enforcement. The most serious categories, including CSAM and non-consensual intimate imagery, may result in immediate termination without warning.

Report or appeal

Report suspected violations or appeal an account/content decision at safety@sexted.ai. Include the account email, relevant date, a description, and any message or media identifier. Do not email illegal imagery; provide identifiers or screenshots with illegal imagery obscured.
