Safety & Reporting
How Rizza protects its adults-only boundary and how to report illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content.
Effective July 16, 202618+ only
Rizza is not for minors. You must be 18 or older and of legal age where you live. All characters and generated people are intended to be adults. Content that depicts or appears to depict anyone under 18 is prohibited, even when fictional or AI-generated.
Age and child-safety controls
- An 18+ gate and adult confirmation are required before use.
- Prompts are screened for minor sexualization, age play, and related evasion.
- Uploaded and generated images may be reviewed by age and CSAM safety classifiers.
- Potentially violating media may be withheld, quarantined, or deleted.
- We may require additional age or identity verification where law or risk warrants it.
Apparent CSAM is handled with zero tolerance. We may preserve relevant evidence, disable accounts, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and/or appropriate authorities when required by law. Do not send suspected CSAM by email.
AI and synthetic-media notice
Rizza is designed to provide fictional AI characters and synthetic media, not recordings of actual performers. Outputs may nevertheless be imperfect or resemble existing people by chance. Do not present output as authentic media of a real person or event. If output appears to depict you or another identifiable person without consent, submit a removal request immediately.
How moderation works
Automated systems can evaluate prompts, uploads, conversation context, and generated output before or after delivery. Flagged material may be reviewed by authorized personnel or vendors for safety, quality, and policy enforcement. No filter is perfect. A successful generation does not mean content is permitted, and we may act on it later.
Safety report or content-removal request
Email safety@sexted.ai with:
- your name and contact email;
- the account, conversation, message, or media identifier, if available;
- what happened and why the content is illegal, unsafe, or non-consensual;
- the date and any relevant non-explicit screenshots; and
- for a likeness request, enough information to verify identity and authority.
We may request additional information, restrict access during review, and notify the affected account where appropriate. We will not require a person depicted without consent to contact the uploader directly.
Copyright notice
A copyright owner or authorized agent may send a notice to legal@sexted.ai. Include a signature; identification of the copyrighted work and allegedly infringing material; enough information to locate it; your contact details; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act. We may forward the notice to the affected user. Counter-notices should identify the removed material, consent to applicable court jurisdiction where legally required, and include the statements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
Complaints and appeals
Use safety@sexted.ai to complain about content, moderation, or safety enforcement. Include the account email, decision or incident, date, and why you believe it should be reconsidered. A reviewer not responsible for the original automated decision will assess available context where practicable. We may uphold, modify, or reverse the decision and will explain the outcome to the extent safety and law allow.
Emergencies
Rizza is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. If you are in the United States or Canada and experiencing a mental-health crisis, call or text 988.
